Tuesday, November 26, 2019: DRMM-SOR Program and the Osborn Center Open House to Address the Opiod Epidemic:

On Tuesday, November 26, 2019, Belief Emadamerho of Detroit's Osborn Center hosted an Open House at the Osborn Center to discuss solutions to the Opiod Epidemic that is affecting Detroit's Osborn Community, and many other communities around the world. The Open House was two hours long (noon to 2 PM) and it was conducted in partnership with the Detroit Rescue Mission Ministries (DRMM) and the Michigan State Opioid Response (SOR) Program.

 Belief Emardamerho (a.) organized the Open House (b.) gave talks during the Open House and (c.) performed community outreach by mobilizing disadvantaged neighborhoods to educate community members about the opiod epidemic to prevent people from falling victim to the epidemic.
